Signal task

The base of this app should do most of its interaction with the (arbitrary) app using a signal system. So, it would be nice for someone to implement BANG_install_signal. Almost everything should send out a signal, so that the app can appriotely display it, if it feels like it.
Read the source if you don't understand, I am going to start making doxygen output some useful information by commenting.
